What happened?
Sometimes, due to circumstances outside of our control, a scheduled headliner may need to be replaced. We understand this can be disappointing, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need.
Is my ticket still valid?
Yes. Your ticket remains fully valid for the original event date and venue. A change in headliner does not affect the event itself — the show will go on as scheduled with an updated lineup.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Headliner or lineup changes do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. This policy is consistent with the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase.
Refunds are only issued in the event that the entire event is canceled with no rescheduled date. If that occurs, more information will be provided at that time regarding the refund process.
What if the event is fully canceled?
If the event is canceled entirely, your ticket will be eligible for a refund. You will be notified directly via the email associated with your order with next steps and timing.
