If you are denied entry to an event and believe it was due to a ticket issue (not a violation of venue rules), here's what to do:
- Get written confirmation from the venue explaining why you were denied entry.
- Submit that documentation to us within 10 days of the event.
- We will investigate your claim.
If we confirm you were wrongfully denied entry due to a ticket issue, you will receive a full refund (ticket price + fees + shipping). This is your sole remedy in this situation.
Note: If you are denied entry or ejected for violating venue rules or policies, you are not entitled to a refund.
