Article 7: Denied Entry at the Venue

If you are denied entry to an event and believe it was due to a ticket issue (not a violation of venue rules), here's what to do:

  1. Get written confirmation from the venue explaining why you were denied entry.
  2. Submit that documentation to us within 10 days of the event.
  3. We will investigate your claim.

If we confirm you were wrongfully denied entry due to a ticket issue, you will receive a full refund (ticket price + fees + shipping). This is your sole remedy in this situation.

Note: If you are denied entry or ejected for violating venue rules or policies, you are not entitled to a refund.
