When you place an order, you authorize Events365 to charge your card for the full amount — including ticket price, service fees, delivery fees, and applicable taxes. This is consistent with our final sale policy.
If you file a chargeback with your card issuer for a valid charge (one that followed our posted sale terms), Events365 reserves the right to:
- Pursue repayment through collections or legal action
- Cancel any pending or future orders tied to your account
- Ban your account and associated payment methods from future purchases
