Article 2: Event Cancellations — Will I Get a Refund?

If an event is fully cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Please note that delivery/shipping charges may not be refunded if your tickets were already delivered.

Refunds for cancelled events are processed back to your original payment method.

Important: If an event is postponed or rescheduled — but your tickets are still valid for the new date — you are not entitled to a refund.
