Once your order is complete, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations due to buyer's remorse or a change of plans.
The only exceptions are:
- Event cancellations (see Article 2)
- Denied entry due to a ticket issue (see Article 7)
- Seller unable to fulfill your order (see Article 6)
If you're unsure about attending, we recommend waiting until you're certain before purchasing.
