Article 1: All Sales Are Final — Our No-Refund Policy

Once your order is complete, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations due to buyer's remorse or a change of plans.

The only exceptions are:

  • Event cancellations (see Article 2)
  • Denied entry due to a ticket issue (see Article 7)
  • Seller unable to fulfill your order (see Article 6)

If you're unsure about attending, we recommend waiting until you're certain before purchasing.
