Someone else's name is on the tickets that were purchased?

It’s normal to see a name on your tickets that isn’t yours.

Many tickets are originally purchased by season ticket holders, corporate partners, or other fans and then resold through authorized marketplaces. When tickets are resold, the original purchaser’s name may remain on the ticket.

This does not affect entry.
Venues scan the barcode or mobile ticket for entry—not the name printed on it. As long as your ticket was purchased from an authorized seller (we are), it’s valid, and you’ll be able to use it without any issues.

If a venue requires ID for a specific event (which is rare), that information will always be clearly communicated ahead of time.
