Traveler received the incorrect tickets, what should I do?

Please first verify that their seats were not simply upgraded. It is our goal to provide the highest customer service experience possible, therefore if the original tickets purchased had already been sold, we will do our very best to replace the tickets with equivalent or better seats than originally purchased.

If the tickets are not for the event date or equivalent or better section to what was purchased, please contact customer service immediately to resolve any issues.
