Managing Your Orders

You can manage all of customers orders. 


Click on Orders

You can use the Pre-Set Filters to find Orders or utilize the custom Filter Options.

The most efficient way to find specific orders would be by using the Order ID. Ticket Orders have 2 sets of numbers. The first set of numbers is the group id and the second is the order id.

If you do not have the Order number available, you can search for the Order using filters such as Customer, Event, Venue, or Order Date among other filters.


Once you have entered in your filters hit the blue Apply Filter button to perform your search.

You can also utilize the Global Search.


  • This is the search bar in the header of the CORE interface. To search for a specific Order you can enter in the Order ID and hit enter.
