How to Buy Tickets on Events365

A step-by-step guide to finding and purchasing tickets through the Events365 marketplace.


Step 1: Search for an Event

On the Tickets page, use the search panel on the left to find your event. You can search by any combination of:

  • City — find events near you or in a specific location
  • Event Category — browse by type (sports, concerts, etc.)
  • Performer — search by artist or team name
  • Venue — search by venue name
  • Date — filter by a specific date or date range

Once you've entered at least one search criteria, click the blue Apply button. To start over, click Clear.

You can also browse the list of upcoming events displayed below the search panel and click directly on any event to view available tickets.


Step 2: Select Your Event

After applying your search, click on an event from the results list on the left. This will open the ticket listings for that event on the right side of the screen.

You'll see key event details at the top:

  • Event name, date, time, and venue
  • Total number of listings and available tickets

Step 3: Browse Available Tickets

Ticket listings are displayed in a table showing:

Column What It Means
Qty Number of tickets available in that listing
Sec Section number
Row Row number
Seats Specific seat number(s)
Sale Price Price per ticket (set by the seller)

You can toggle between List View and Interactive Seating Chart to find your preferred seats visually.

💡 Tip: Prices on Events365 are set by independent sellers and may be above or below the original face value. All prices are in US Dollars.


Step 4: Book Your Tickets

When you find the tickets you want, click the Book button next to that listing. This will take you to the Sell/Checkout page where you'll see:

  • Ticket details — event, section, row, quantity, format (e.g., Mobile Transfer), and availability status
  • Sale Price — price per ticket
  • Total Sale — total ticket cost

Review the pricing summary on the right:

  • Subtotal — combined ticket price
  • Service Fee — fulfillment and customer service charge
  • Shipping Cost — delivery fee (if applicable)
  • Tax — applied where required by law
  • Total — the full amount you'll be charged

Step 5: Add Customer & Billing Information

Fill in the Customer Information section by either:

  • Searching for an existing customer by name, or
  • Clicking + Add New Customer to enter details

Then complete the Billing Information section with your payment details.


Step 6: Confirm and Submit Your Order

Before submitting:

  1. Review all ticket and pricing details carefully — orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted.
  2. Check the box at the bottom of the page to confirm you agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  3. Click Submit Order to complete your purchase.

⚠️ All sales are final. Please double-check your event date, seat section, and ticket quantity before confirming.
