What does it mean when you say comparable or better event tickets as substitutes for the tickets purchased?

Our goal is to help travelers gain access to the event, even if the exact seats are not available at the time of purchase. If the tickets requested are not available we will work with you and the traveler, depending on preference, to try and find suitable substitutes. Seats in the same or immediately adjacent section, within 5 rows or better, may be offered as substitutes.
